Okinawa Spinach is a edible perennial spinach that boasts a beautiful purple and green leaf that is not commercially produce and is considered a wild spinach. It is edible in raw form when the leaves are smaller as well as cooked as regular spinach. With its refreshing and nutty taste this spinach becomes a staple part of your diet once you have it.

Growing instructions: Okinawa spinach can be used as a ground coverage and is easily planted and propagated. Once you receive your cuttings you can simply plant them in soil right away or you can let them rest in water till they start to produce roots. Either way these plants will have no problem growing and producing abundant amounts of spinach.
